  i am interested in getting a list of lies that the watchtower has said or wrote in the past that could actually be proven to be as such, or, for the very least, deliberately misleading.

  (same person whosent us videos from the legal dept., accounting dept., pioneer school,and so forth.

  ) atlantis told him that he is walking on a razors edge,to be extremely careful.his email message:1. watch tower has no right to demand you to sign a consent form.

  Might we use this thread to expand on your contacts important points ..

  #2 "...retains information on ...former members with consent."

  Did members from 70´s and 80´s ever give consent? if so, how?

  
  #3 "WT retains more data about former members than on existing members. ....without knowledge or consent ...they intend to retain this data."

  indicates WT is very concerned about the effects apostates are having on their social credibility and bottom line profits (hooray)

  I think THIS is their greatest liability - having documents on file like judicial records, character assessments, molestation complaints, homosexual witch hunts, interference in family relationships, etc. - that are freely shared among themselves and serve no legal purpose other than to label (gay,apostate, pervert, brazen etc.) and persecute those who exercise their lawful Freedoms .

  Apostasy, sexuality, association, expression are human rights, not a crimes and this fact needs to be laid bare before theocracies of any stripe in democratic societies.

  WT could pay a huge price for violation of rights in liberal countries.

  it's my first time on this site though i am no stranger in the ex-jw community.

  i come to you now asking for your assistance in what to present to the dean of students at my university.. why am i meeting with dean of students, you may ask?

  because today, while innocently finishing an assignment in the school library, i happened to look out the window and see the jws with their stupid little cart.

  Jackson at ARC - presumptuous to claiming GB to be the sole channel to the divine - their favourite current and full time lie is the exact opposte stance and hence the need for total, absolute and blind obedience and loyalty from the rank and file.

  My humble blessings are upon you for doing the right, brave and proper thing in support of your righteous indignation.

  Righteous indignation is typically a reactive emotion of anger over mistreatment, insult, or malice of another. It is akin to what is called the sense of injustice. In some Christian doctrines, righteous anger is considered the only form of anger which is not sinful..(Wiki)

  Mistreatment, insult and malice are the stock in trade WT/JW treatment of any who no longer respond to their propaganda of fear, obligation, guilt and . We are legion and with you 100%!

  Also congratulations for making it to university, and claiming this place of education, reason, and research as ..."..what I consider my territory." Shocking indeed seeing a familiar, abusive cult hawking their bronze age beliefs on campus.

  Perhaps before your meeting with the dean, you could collaborate with students from journalism and sociology etc. etc. to record another encounter which would document the basis ignorance, lying and deception of WT claims to benefit others through charity.

  Take your time,prepare well and perhaps your uni can set some precedent for vetting the conduct of religious abusers who expect a free hunt on campus rather than outside on the sidewalk where they belong.

  the many and complex issues surrounding the collection of person data and new laws aiming to protect individuals control of their own privacy, seem to have hatched about the same time as the governing body expressed their hope that it´s own 8 million would obey their order to "sign this form" effectively transfering total authority over privacy and data issues over to the borg.. what are your thoughts on this coincidence?.

  zuckerberg lost billion$$ when people realized that he had prostituted their personal data and now wt wants the same signed access that he had to info that is $$$.... wt already owns all the real estate and now wants to own all the data.... it´s a current and global issue - please share your thought with the rest of us here.. .

  Judicial committees have destroyed thousands of families, ruined individuals lives, ended mutually beneficial relationships and led to suicides and untold heartbreak.

  It´s all in JW/WT shared data - not exactly the equivalence of bowel regularity.

  Law abiding people are having their freedoms and rights trampled without legal representation in amateur courts presided by unqualified elders .

  Even when you refuse to participate - It´s still all recorded - names, dates. allegations, witnesses, and the life sentence activated by having your name read out .

  Access to this kind of information is valuable if change (or justice) is ever going to come about..

  signing away your rights to access is insane.

  If you want to see how valuable your records really are - just try to get them and watch the stonewalling.
